Randy’s Wines is committed to 100% customer satisfaction! If you experience any problem with your order, we want to hear about it. If you find any errors with the product(s) you receive, or receive damaged goods, please call us immediately at (203) 661-0292 or contact us via email at postwines1@gmail.com . We will arrange to have the package picked up and returned to us right away for inspection. Once we receive the returned package, we will send out a replacement package to you. If this item is no longer available, we will either credit your account or contact you to arrange for a replacement product. Please note; any problems with the receipt of your package must be called in to us within 10 days of the delivery date. All product returns (unless due to our error) are subject to a 10% cancellation/restocking fee, and must be shipped back to us at the recipients expense.
