Delivery Policy

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase alcohol. By placing your order you have represented to Randy’s Wines that you are at least 21. All alcohol products delivered must be received by an adult of legal drinking age. 

When delivering your products, the buyer must ensure that the recipient is 21 years of age. Proof of age will be required at time of delivery. Customer requests such as “leave by front door” or “leave on porch” WILL BE IGNORED. We will not be able to refund any shipping or delivery charges if your package comes back due to the inability to provide legal proof of age. If the package is returned to us due to lack of adult signature, shipping or delivery charges will not be reimbursed. If you would like the package delivered again, additional charges will apply.

Minimum orders required.

All orders will be confirmed via e-mail and processed within two business days. We will contact you by the end of the next business day if there are any problems with your order.

If everything you order is in stock, your order will be shipped within 2 business days. Occasionally items are out of stock and are not readily available from our suppliers. When this happens we will contact you immediately to discuss other arrangements.

Regulations require an adult signature for all deliveries containing alcohol. For prompt delivery, we recommend using a business address to ensure someone is available to sign for and accept the order.

If you would like your order expedited please let us know using the Comments field during checkout. 

We do not deliver any alcoholic beverages to PO Boxes, nor do we ship internationally.
